providing enhanced partner-based solutions to ensure small business
receive the maximum practicable subcontracting opportunities.
We are a dedicated Small Business (SB) Advocate that:

Supports corporate business development strategy for inclusion of SB participation in contracting

Educates corporate stakeholders on small business program issues

Develops and maintains database of qualified subcontractors, including SBs, VOSBs, SDVOSBs, HUBZone SBs, SDBs, HBCU/MIs, and WOSBs

Assures inclusion of small businesses in all solicitations where appropriate

Matches subcontractors with appropriate opportunities

Ensures equitable opportunity to compete for subcontractors

Attends business opportunity workshops, Minority Business Enterprise seminars, trade fairs, and similar functions

Monitors attainment of subcontracting goals

Provides training on small business program initiatives
